today we went and painted our townhouse and did a little cleaning......did i say that i am not up to being a landlord?.....there was something wrong with the picture......i had someone at my house cleaning up my mess and i was in college station cleaning up someone else's mess.....what is up with that....i think i would rather clean my own toilet rather than three other people's toilets....oh well live and learn....i think we learned a lot in the last four years about being a landlord....first of all, you always have approved colors if the occupants want to paint.....the best idea is no painting at all....david and haley and i spent the day covering an even brighter version of pepto bismal....if i didn't need it before i went i do now....pepto that is...... but this time we did it the right way...the realtor is handling everything....deposit included......and then we came home to our clean house....BUT, i have two dogs and one granddog here so what are the odds of anything staying clean?.....and then of course there is randyll but he falls in to a catagory all of his own....hmmmm, he's not a dog and he's not a human.....what is he?
